At Obair Studio, we draw inspiration from the land of Extremadura, its culinary traditions, the dehesa, and the distinct aroma of Leña.
Our approach to food is shaped by patience, care, and an understanding of how fleeting the best ingredients can be. This philosophy is also influenced by our time in Scotland, where preservation methods were essential to navigate the so-called hunger gap in the agricultural calendar.
